Part-time with potential to go full-time
 
Mortgage Choice, an ASX300 company, has helped thousands of people achieve their financial goals through a national network of more than 400 franchises. At Mortgage Choice, they help Australians with all of their financial dreams, be it taking out a home loan, car loan, personal loan or even commercial loan.  In addition, they can help Australians with all of their asset finance, risk and general insurance needs. 

Our 2 franchises service both the Hornsby and Upper North Shore areas. Predominately based at our Hornsby office but you may have the ability to work out of our Dee Why office sporadically.
 
This exciting new role is part-time working approx. 25-30hrs per week Monday- Friday with the possibility turning into a full-time position for the right person. 

 
In this role, you will be supporting our close knit team in the daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Meet and greeting clients
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Liaise with customers throughout the loan process
  • Filing and database management
  • Manage marketing mail outs
  • Preparation of loan applications
  • Data Entry, Track the status of loan applications from initial enquiry to settlement
  • Database management/data entry

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this position you must have:
  • 1-2 years administration experience
  • Experience in Financial Services (preferred and will be considered first)
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Great phone manner
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Certificate III in Business or similar preferred but not essential
