One of our successful Mortgage Choice Financial planning franchises located in Dee Why and Hornsby is experiencing rapid growth and has an exciting new Administrative assistant role available. This is a part-time position working approximately 30 – 35 hrs per week and has the possibility of turning into a full-time position for the right candidate. 
 
You would be predominately based at our Dee Why office.
 
 The role will involve:  
  • Acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries.
  • Developing strong relationships with the client base and third-party representatives.
  • Providing administrative support for the financial advisor.
  • Managing from start to finish of the financial advice process.
  • Liaison with third party providers and licensee representatives.
  • Preparing paperwork and reports for client meetings.
  • Coordinating financial plans for clients.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will have: 
 
  • Experience working in a financial planning practice.
  • Strong organisation and time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for Wealth Management.
  • Exposure to financial planning software such as Coin or Xplan.
  • A proactive and independent approach to managing his or her own work.
  • A mature personality and ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
  • The ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience working in unsupervised environments
 
Desirable qualifications and experience include:
 
  • Four years’ experience
  • Experience with “Coin” client relationship management
  • Diploma of financial planning (RG 146)
