The Company

Our Client, a well-known Managed Service Provider based in Brisbane, An excellent opportunity for a bright and motivated Helpdesk Technician to join our expanding IT Support Team.
 
The Role

As Helpdesk Engineer you will be responsible for resolving 1st and 2nd line IT technical issues via Live Chat, Phone & Email as well as conducting customer facing project implementation work as required.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
  • Support and Manage Windows Active directory
  • Support and Manage Office 365 & Azure AD
  • Support Print servers
  • Windows Desktop Support
  • Manage and maintain customer facing applications
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Maintaining IT Documentation

Job Requirements:

Your Profile

Required experience:
  • Minimum of 3 Years’ experience in working in a fast paced helpdesk environment
  • Knowledge of Group Policy
  • Experience in PC imaging and new user setups
  • Experience in basic networking and troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
  • Desktop Support for Windows based applications.
  • Knowledge of various desktop and server operating systems, and system administration tools.
 
Preferred experience
  • Connectwise Automate (Previously Labtech) Experience
  • Connectwise Manage (Previousy Connectwise) Experience
  • Cisco CCNA Routing & Switching Certificate
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Certification
  • Bachelor of Information Technology
