Job Description:

Our client acts as an outsourced IT Department for their clients. They provide Managed IT Services, Disaster Recovery and Computer Support Services. Located in Fortitude Valley there is street parking available and are close to the train station.

This is a part-time approx. 25-30hrs per week with the possibility on full-time in the future. The successful applicant’s main responsibility will be coordinating and managing the workload of their IT technicians.
 
The position will suit someone who enjoys being a part of a small team and not just a number.
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Being the first point of contact when clients call up for IT support
  • Allocating and scheduling technicians
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Maintaining the ticketing system and relaying information both to the client and technicians
  • Updating customer and job information into database
  • Documentation and updating of company internal policies and procedures
  • Other administration tasks as required

Job Requirements:

 
To be considered:
 
  • Excellent organisational skills, being able to prioritise, delegate and coordinate multiple jobs to IT technicians
  • A track record of delivering excellent client support
  • Outstanding communication skills and phone manner
  • ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate experience desirable
  • Database and data entry experience, with strong excel and word skills
  • Previous experience documenting and updating company policies and procedures
  • A willingness to learn “tech talk” and understand the lingo
  • Experience working for an IT company would be looked upon favourably but not essential
