Our client is a national floorcovering wholesale distribution company servicing Australia for around 50 years. It prides itself in customer satisfaction by offering world class products delivered by their dedicated team.
 
A full-time opportunity has arisen in its Wetherill Park warehouse for a Storeperson.
Working as part of a small dedicated team you will be involved in every aspect of warehouse operations, including:

• the loading and unloading of stock
• Storing of stock in correct locations
• Picking and packing of customer orders
• Operation of forklift
• General maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensuring warehouse areas are clean
• Serving customers at front counter (including cash handling)
• Answering telephone as required

To be considered for this position you will meet the following criteria:
 

• Have 2+ years forklift and warehouse experience
• A truck license preferred but not essential
• Have a current forklift license
• Excellent organisational skills
• Basic – Intermediate computer skills
• A good phone manner
• Be well presented
• Experience in the flooring industry will be looked upon favourably but not essential
