This role is responsible for identifying prospective customer organisations and contacts, contacting them to set-up appointments for their sales team. Your day to day responsibilities:
- Reach-out to prospects through multiple mediums (primarily telephone) to establish interest in our client's services
- Build, clean and enhance our client's contact database, deepening the profile of both their customers and prospects at a contact and company level to enhance data quality and improve targeting
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up, quality and processes are followed
- Responsibility for marketing data and updates within the CRM
