Job Description:

Our client is a well-established company based in Brisbane who customises house and land packages to their client's needs and budget. They are currently looking for 2 office All-rounder/ Appointment Setters. 

In this position the successful candidates will:

  • Ensure calls to potential and existing clients are made/ followed upped on in a timely manner
  • Conduct other administrative duties as required

Ideally this role will suit someone who has an interest in the real estate/ property market which they want to develop and learn more about and wants to help people achieve their home ownership dreams.
 

Task and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Appointment setting and outbound calls (no cold calling)
  • Strong client relationship and people management skills, with the proven ability to develop trust and credibility
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office, Google Suite and Facebook
  • Work closely with business development and management team to deliver sales targets and revenue
  • Meet required KPI's
  • Follow up with client issues as they arise

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this position you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in building relationships with potential clients via  calls in the B2C space,
  • Confident phone manner,
  • A systematic approach
  • Excellent interpersonal/ telephone skills and intuition,
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure,
  • Persistent approach to time management.
  • Knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding suburbs
