Our client is a family owned business manufacturing high quality value added meat products together with operating a retail fine food delicatessen. They have been operating for nearly 70 years. Our client is based just west of Brisbane away from Brisbane peak hour traffic.

They currently have a permanent position for a butcher in their retail operations.

Reporting to the Retail Manager the butcher’s key tasks will include:

• Butchering
• Customer Service
• Window Presentation
• Ticket Presentation
• Quality checks
• Create product for stock levels
• Maintain Stock levels of display
• Reporting slow moving items
• House keeping
• EOD Cleaning

To be considered for this position:

• Trade Qualified for 3 years
• Cert III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) - Qualified
• Experience with window displays
• Excellent cutting skills
• Great customer service skills
