This website is owned by CV2ME Pty Ltd ABN: 47 607 186 587. The website will be referred to as cv2me and the use of the words “we”, “our” and “us” refers to CV2ME Pty Ltd.
Copyright in the material and trademarks on this website are owned by CV2ME Pty Ltd unless otherwise detailed and you agree not to infringe any of the Intellectual property rights owned by us.

Our privacy policy applies to all personal information submitted or exchanged on our website and includes but is not limited to, applying for positions listed on our website, registration of an account on our website whether as a job seeker or employer and the uploading and storage of personal information on your profile for your account.
Cv2me does collect and monitor non personal information including but not limited to the following: Most frequented pages, time spent on the pages and website, entry and exit point from the website. We use this information for the purposes of building a better experience for users of the website.
In relation to IP addresses, we do obtain the IP addresses of users who visit the site for the purpose of assisting in any issues that may occur in relation to our website and to also monitor the use of our website.

Registration as a Job Seeker or Employer
Users of our website can either register as a Job Seeker if looking to apply for jobs or an Employer if wanting to list positions their organisation has available for job seekers. Registration is not compulsory however if the job seeker or employer does want to apply or submit for a job it is required. For this the user will have to submit some personal information such as email address and first name if registering as a job seeker. For an employer they will have to submit Company or business name and their respective Australian Business Number or Australian Company number for the organisation they are registering for.
Other information for registration is not compulsory and entirely up to you how much you disclose. There is also the option of registering via 3rd party applications such Google +, Facebook and LinkedIn. Please refer to their privacy policy in relation to these.
Job Seeker Account
Being registered as a job seeker allows you to use for free the many features of our website and include but not limited to: searching for jobs, job alerts, saving jobs, applying for jobs and uploading CV’s to submit for possible positions. You can delete your profile at any stage by going to “My Profile” in your account and opting for the delete button down the bottom of the page. If this is done and at a later stage wish to register again you can do so.
Employees of cv2me are able to access your personal information you submit to our website. Reasons for accessing your information by cv2me employees include but are not limited to the following reasons: Reviewing your information for any job you may apply for in regards to being able to vet your information against the employer’s requirements for that position; for correspondence between you and the employer in relation to a position you have applied for including to organise and conduct initial video interviews and if you contact us in relation to any issue you have with your account or our website.
In regards to 3rd party disclosure of personal information, if you apply for a position through cv2me and meet the requirements of that position your CV whether uploaded or submitted on our online application will be forwarded on to the employer who listed that position. It is your responsibility as to what personal information you may or may not want to be seen by the employer when you complete or upload your details. We don’t allow Employers or other parties to search or view job seekers details on our website unless you apply for a position with them. Transmission of your details for jobs you have applied to on our website are done through our website and Employer portal, via email and drop box.
Cv2me uses 3rd parties time to time in relation to website maintenance, website upgrades, server management and upgrades and database maintenance and upgrades. The 3rd parties involved in this may have access to your account details in doing so. You agree as a user of this website that you allow this.
Recorded Video Interviews
As part of our service on cv2me employers can request for recorded video interviews from job seekers whom have applied for their position listed. It is a member of cv2me who conducts this recorded video interview on behalf of the Employer. The recording of the interview is then forwarded onto the Employer so they can review it as part of their recruitment process. It is agreed to by the Employer that the recording should only be used in relation to the position and not for any other reasons. We keep the recording for up to 30 days before we delete it from our system. We will not show this to any person or outside organisation what is set out above unless prior consent is given by the job seeker in relation to this.
Employer Account
When registering as an employer on our website allows you to use our employer tools in relation to listing and employing staff for your organisation. To be able to list a job and get access to the associated services with that you must register on our website. It is free to register however to post a job and the use of the associated services included with that incurs a fee.
If you decide to list a job you have the option to list it without your business details and logo showing to the public who view it on the website. To do this when you are completing the job listing form click yes to “have hidden”. The position will then be shown to the public but not your personal details such as business name, business address or website depending what details you filled out on registering. At any time you can modify or delete your details. If you decide to use the hidden feature it is understood that we will disclose to the candidates that you wish for us to video interview for you only your business or company name.
If you decide to list a position on cv2me we may list your position on other job listing websites from time to time as well as advertise your job listing on various social networking sites such as Facebook. The details we show if we do this will not be any greater than of those shown on our website.
We use various 3rd parties in relation to the maintenance, updating, testing and security of our website and servers. From time to time these 3rd parties may have access to our website information including database. We always get any 3rd party to sign a non-discloser form in relation to any information viewed on our website whilst carrying out any of these tasks. We also get them to sign that any personal information that they view cannot be saved, transferred or used in any way outside the purposes of the above measures for our website.
